In the late evening of November 24 in Milan the agreement for renewing the stone industry’s nationwide integrative collective labor contract 2022/2025 was signed by management – CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE and ANEPLA – and labor unions FENEAL UIL, FILCA CISL and FILLEA CGIL.
Along with the delegation representing management, in addition to sector representatives there were also businesspeople present and managers of industrial relations for territories with particular stone vocations (Confindustria Livorno Massa Carrara, Confindustria Toscana Nord, Confindustria Trento, Confindustria Verona and Unindustria Roma). The agreement strove to strike a balance between an unusual economic situation and the need to maintain sustainable costs for companies.
