The Italian Trade Agency, in partnership with CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE, is delighted to present a pavilion of twenty-eight company representatives of the italian stone industry (stands 440, 441 & 500) at the SURFACE DESIGN SHOW 2022, to be held from February 8 to 10 at London’s Business Design Centre.

The SURFACE DESIGN SHOW is the main event in British shows dedicated to internal and external coverings/surfaces in natural stone, ceramics and synthetic materials and is a showcase for presenting new materials and product and design innovations to a specialized public consisting primarily of architects and interior designers.
On the statistical level we can report that the United Kingdom – always one of the major markets for the Italian stone industry – in the first ten months of 2021 registered growth of 42% in imports of finished and semi-finished stone products Made in Italy from 2020 (and +42% from 2019), for total worth of 53.6 million euros (making it the fifth destination country after the US, Germany, Switzerland and France).
