From February 4 to 6<\/strong>, CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE<\/strong> participated in SURFACE DESIGN SHOW 2025<\/strong>, a specialized industry trade fair held at the Business Design Centre<\/strong> in London (UK)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At SURFACE DESIGN SHOW 2025<\/strong>, the Association organized\u2014in close collaboration with ITA-Italian Trade Agency and as part of the Promotional Program for the sector promoted by CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI)<\/strong>\u2014a large ITALY AREA<\/strong>, featuring the following companies:<\/p>\n

The CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE-ITA Meeting Point<\/strong> at SURFACE DESIGN SHOW<\/strong>\u2014with its well-established reception and assistance services for members attending as exhibitors or visitors<\/strong>\u2014saw strong engagement from industry professionals and guests, both from Italy and internationally<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At SURFACE DESIGN SHOW 2025<\/strong>, the team of Italian companies<\/strong> participating in the CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE – ITA Collective Area<\/strong> presented itself backed by positive market data<\/strong>. According to the latest statistics compiled by the Association\u2019s Study Center<\/strong>, during the first ten months of 2024<\/strong>, the United Kingdom confirmed its position as a top buyer of Italian industry products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the mentioned period, the export of Processed and Semi-Processed \u201cMade in Italy\u201d Products<\/strong> to the United Kingdom<\/strong> grew by 9.1%<\/strong> compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching an export value of over \u20ac54.5 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Expanding the analysis, the export of Italian Machinery, Plants, and Stone Technologies<\/strong> to the UK<\/strong> also recorded growth in the first ten months of 2024<\/strong>, increasing by 21.5% in value<\/strong>, with total sales reaching \u20ac40 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As a result, the total supply chain export<\/strong> to the UK<\/strong> during the January-October 2024 period<\/strong> surpassed \u20ac100 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
