{"id":11745,"date":"2023-02-09T16:02:09","date_gmt":"2023-02-09T16:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.assomarmomacchine.com\/?p=11745"},"modified":"2023-02-10T16:10:17","modified_gmt":"2023-02-10T16:10:17","slug":"confindustria-promotes-the-sme-cyber-index","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.assomarmomacchine.com\/en\/news\/confindustria-promotes-the-sme-cyber-index\/","title":{"rendered":"CONFINDUSTRIA promotes the \u201cSME Cyber Index\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In light of the recent cyberattacks registered globally on critical public and private infrastructures, and continuing to involve a number of Italy\u2019s strategic assets &#8211; compromising the work of public administrations and industrial and productive installations &#8211; <strong>CONFINDUSTRIA believes it is fundamental to raise the cyber security awareness level, the first step required to protect a business\u2019 strategic assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is why an <strong>agreement has been signed between CONFINDUSTRIA, the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), Generali insurance and the Milan Polytechnic Cybersecurity Observatory to investigate the state of adoption of cybersecurity tools<\/strong> and measures aimed at protecting a company\u2019s informational, technological and productive assets. For this purpose a <strong>\u201cSME Cyber Index\u201d questionnaire has been prepared<\/strong>, a first step in the future <strong>\u201cItalian Cyber Index\u201d<\/strong> that will give <strong>a full picture of the state of the country\u2019s adoption of cyber security measures<\/strong> and will converge into the <strong>European Cyber Index<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONDINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE<\/strong> <strong>has sent its members the questionnaire<\/strong>, asking them to compile it. The data members provide will be used by the Milan Polytechnic\u2019s Digital Innovation Observatories exclusively for the purposes of research tied to the SME Cyber Index project.
